According to AAPC (www.aapc.com) they are “the nation’s largest training and credentialing organization for the business side of medicine.”  Their organization consists of members in a variety of fields including medical coding and medical billing.  Their members “represent the highest level of expertise in the industry.”  The AAPC provides opportunities in networking, training, and certifications as well as other professional resources.

As Vice President of the Leesburg chapter of the AAPC, a few of Manny’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting the president with chapter activities, proctoring certification exams, and ensure access to the chapter handbook.
